Not having a doorbell it has just never been an issue. However---a barking dog always sets them off, so I can imagine the chaos with that many. :-) Looks like we are back to some not so nice and warm weather. At least we didn't get snow last night. Sigh.

Tammy Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02131066591477169851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1336283699663453373.post-68058758675025581062014-03-23T21:33:17.004-04:002014-03-23T21:33:17.004-04:00OMG YES! Our door bell gets used rarely, mostly because the dogs hear people long before they get to the door (we have a long driveway), but even so commercials with doorbells are going to get written to from now on. If enough of us do it, they may stop. Right?

PS-we used to have a dog that was terrified by the Wheel of Fortune bells, couldn't watch the show but it didn't matter cause we didn't want to. 8-DElleChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16656569539140359204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1336283699663453373.post-51414293447658304352014-03-22T19:22:04.962-04:002014-03-22T19:22:04.962-04:00HA HA, well, so pleased I never rang your door bel...HA HA, well, so pleased I never rang your door bell today :-) :-) AW GOOD FOR YOU.
Freya only react when she hears a beep beep sound, the sound of a lorry backing over our little bridge... :-) Enjoy Spring my dear friend.. so many hugs to those paws :-) xxxSoggibottomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08813796921966406780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1336283699663453373.post-17692827885706810032014-03-22T05:23:15.084-04:002014-03-22T05:23:15.084-04:00We don't have a doorbell but we hear all sorts...We don't have a doorbell but we hear all sorts of knocking (sometimes made up) and we go barking and racing to the door!

Love ya lots♥
Mitch and MollyMolly the Airedalehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12533954545013852862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1336283699663453373.post-69193070792871766422014-03-21T23:41:14.258-04:002014-03-21T23:41:14.258-04:00We don't have a doorbell either, so my girls d...We don't have a doorbell either, so my girls don't care, but I agree with you! Mastiffs don't bark much; we used to joke that a burglar could be in and done with his business before Thor would know he was there if Thor were napping. On the other hand, I've read that a barking dog is the best deterrent to burglary.

Re: commercials: other than the new Toyota one with the St. Bernard who shakes with the Toyota sales lady, and the first time I see a new Direct TV ad, I fast forward through them.
