Attention All Pups!

Mom got an email this week with an important announcement for all of us. Did you know that October is 'Squirrel Awareness Month'? That's what Three Dog Bakery says.
We thought every month was squirrel awareness month.
Morgan is our chief sq watcher, but she's out of commission for a while, so we're all keeping our eyes open for the little pests.

We know that a lot of our good blogging friends are sq watchers, too, like Zona and Bella and Thunder and Mitch. Come to think of it, most all of you are devoted sq watchers.

So, stay on the alert everyone, because these guys are everywhere and they show no respect for us dogs. They invade our yards and they sit in the trees and shout at us. We need to spread the word that every day of every month is Squirrel Awareness Day.

  3. Our yard is over run with these tree rats with attitudes! One of them was trying to come into dad's workshop while I was in there. The nerve of him!

    Yer friend,

  6. We don't usually have many squirrels in our yard, but WHOA, they are moving in fast. We are inundated with lots and lots of little tree rats searching for nuts. So far they don't come IN our yard, but we see them out there on our walks. We just wish we could get the Momster to stop saying, "leave it". Sheesh.

  8. Oh Dog! I KNOW! I go outside and next think ya know a squirrel is in the tree fussing to warn the others that I'm there. SOOOO unfair!

  9. Sissy watched squirrels every day too. Then the rude creatures chatter at us on our walks. Gretchen is sure they throw acorns at us. I think they're just falling from the trees, but that can only go on so long, right?!

  10. Dear 'gang',
I am on full alert here in London too,and when we walk in the park, I chase them up their trees (how can such a small thing run so fast?) Mind you some of them are almost as big as me!
Thanks for the warning, I will stay on the lookout too!
