Some days they like to explore the rocks.
Some of them spend time searching for anything that might be hiding in the rock pile.
Some use the added height to look over the fence and spy on the neighbors.
Some play king of the mountain.
Some days conditions are just right for a roll in the grass.
It starts when one shoulder drops and the rest of the body follows.
It seems to be contagious.
It looks like too much fun to resist.
Just when you think you're done,the urge strikes again.
Wow, that felt great! Check out those ears.
Some days a dog just needs to run.
There are other times when the humans get involved and play includes balls or frisbees. Whatever the game, playtimes sure are fun.

I know that dog roll posture very well. Milo loves to roll in the straw because a) it feels good, and b) he knows he will get a lovely brushing before I let him in the house. Your pups just bring a huge smile to my face. I love their antics!
I love watching your pack at play. Makes me want to fence in our entire side yard for the girls!

My beloved Dutch Shepherd did this as well. I so miss watching her at play. Even at 12 and shortly before her death she was ever the puppy. Your dogs are gorgeous!!
