A Walk In The Park

It's like mini summer here. The days are sunny and in the 50s and 60s, perfect for a walk in the park. While Rob worked out at the health center, I chose to take a walk with a friend. Sebastian was more than happy to stroll with me.
There are lots of light posts, so lots of pee-mail to catch up on.
The ducks were enjoying the day. Sebastian is apparently not a bird dog. He took no notice of the squawking flock.
The geese were resting and not paying much attention to us.
Suddenly the geese started making a lot of noise and I looked up. They were calling to a couple of newcomers. It's a goose form of GPS directions.
They started their descent.
Landing gear down, they made a noisy splashdown.

They seemed quite at home with the rest of the flock that swam out to greet them.
Sebastian wanted to cross the bridge.
There was more pee-mail waiting for him on that side of the bridge. This time he left an answer.
It was a lovely walk and we both enjoyed it.
Fudge and Noah say they want to go next time.

  2. Great day to enjoy a walk. I've had to stop taking Holly to the park with the duck pond. This summer, on a day when we got to the park just after the sprinklers had watered, she dragged one of the kids behind her as she chased a duck.

  3. We stagger around in the snow, at least we are not sub-zero for this day, and it IS sunshiney!

Sebastian is such a lovely guy, who could have/would have given him up?

More peaceful happy days to you,

  4. Oh nice! We've had too many busy days lately - the boys walks have been too late to enjoy the scenery.

  8. There are LOTS of gooses at my park, butts I'm not allowed to say 'hello'. They leave poops all over the soccer field at the school!
Sebastian, you look like you really enjoyed your walkie with your Moms. And, I am diggin' your coat! FABulous.
    Kisses,
