The Hunt Is On
The warm weather has returned and with it comes Morgan's favorite pastime.
While the others busy themselves with running and playing ball and splashing in the pool, Morgan is on the hunt.
Although she may seem confused much of the time, she is totally focused when on the hunt for her favorite prey.
This time she detected movement in the grass near the sculpture. A little note here, the sculpture is lying on it's side while it's receiving some repairs and repainting.
It's too bad she has to work around these obstacles.
Noah and Tess offered to help, but this is a one dog job.
Man, it's a tight squeeze following that guy.
She never gives up once she's on the trail.
He got away this time, but she knows where to look for him.
This is what she was hunting for, the dreaded lizard.
My money is on Morgan.

TD's hunt is on for the bunnies and we think he might have Ciara in training. ON their walk the other day, Ciara worked very hard to snag a little lizard, but she isn't quick enough yet.
We think you have your money placed well.

Oh Sophie would love to come hunt lizards in your yard!
We ALWAYS try to catch those little guys.....but no luck. They're just toooooo quick. Go Morgan, maybe next time.

WE are quite the lizard-hunters here at our house. I know, big tough rottie dogs... Hey! We're comfortable with ourselves!! Lizards are great fun!!
We salute her inner terrier. Mugsy and now Gretchen has taken up the "here lizard, lizard" hunt in the Woods. Gretchen would rather hunt lizards than eat.
Sissy doesn't get it, not at all.
YUK! We're so glad we don't have lizards in our yard. Mom says they look too much like snakes!

For some reasons we don't have lizards in our yard, but if we did, our pups would be on the same hunt!! Our money is on Morgan too! :-))
If MOrgan is determined, you can be sure your money is gone! Stella just has bunnies and squirrels and they are just too fast for her, so I don't worry about what she will do with them, because she won't get 'em.
