As you all know, I, Fudge, am a spectacularly handsome, virile, talented and charming guy. Now I've been trying to decide how to best display my talents and I have come up with the perfect venue.
Since Oprah left her show, there has been a rather large gap in entertainment. I, Deerpark's Chocolate Legacy RN, am just the person to fill that gap, though I'm not as large. Here's my plan.
I would have wonderful co-hosts, too. My friend and Super Diva, Sissy could help introduce new talents while instructing the world on manipulating peeps and caring for our eyes in this bright summer sun.
My mate Samba would have a health advice segment because she's had so many health problems. She can speak from personal experience.
Thor and Thunder would join us to discuss great literature.
The world famous Mango would both entertain and instruct in the latest dance moves.
Ciara would join Bailey in our gardening segment.
For those of you with an eye for fashion, Lorenza would showcase the latest designs for the long, lean ladies and Gretchen could handle the stylish wear for the petite ladies.
I would have Dexter, the Labradude do an exercise segment. He's a very fit fellow. Some of my own pack could assist him and give swimming instructions.
Phantom and Tsar could give diet advice for those who want to drop a few pounds.
Thor and Ziggy could do a high tech segment.
I would interview celebrities such as Bo Obama, Eddie from Frasier, Snoopy and others.
We would celebrate all existing holidays and even come up with some new ones.
So you get the idea, right? Don't you think this is perfect for me? But it doesn't end there. Oprah has her magazine "O", with a picture of herself on the cover every month.
I would need my own magazine with a big picture of me, Fudge, on the cover every month. I think I would call it "FUDGE" or maybe just "FU".
Well, there you have it, my grand plan. What do you all think? Will you help me convince Mom that I am ready for prime time?

What's not to like? Fabulous concept.
The name of your magazine, a definite eye catcher.
We might even watch daytime TV.
Fudge, we think you are on to something really good. You sure did put a lot of time and thought into your project. Hope you have quicker success than Thunder is having.
Super idea!!!
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
We'd definitely tune in every afternoon!!

Sounds FANTASTIC!! Mom says your show would convince her to get cable. Or satellite, whichever one will have the Fudge Show running.
-Bolo
I think it's a wonderful idea. Can Marge do the sports reporting? ;)
We would watch that show! Sounds like a winner!
Wyatt and Stanzie
Quite a concept you have there Fudge...Momma wasn't too sure about using only the two letters for your magazine, though...I think she choked on her tea when she read that part...
Woofs...Sasha and Misty
Much better than that Oprah lady for sure. I think you have a hit in the making. Now, regarding the name of the show, your name poses a bit of an issue what with the term Fudge being confused by the humans for poop or even a gentler form of an HBO exclamatory. So I thinking maybe FUDGE! is out as is Fudge Time. In fact you might need a stage name because my mentals are flummoxed.
Slobbers,
Mango
Hah! Oprah was nothing compared to what you have in mind Fudge!! Go for it!!
Third attempt to leave a comment. Can we have the Comcast CEO on early in the line-up?
Love the idea, but the FU bit makes Gretchen a little nervous...
Fudge, your ideas are excellent as well as the pups you know who could be part of this terrific show.
I once read where Oprah said she had to work 18 hours a day, six days a week to keep her show running. She lost much of her private life and was featured on tabloids, magazines, etc.
Thats no more naps, Fudge, and endless hours of labor. Are you up for this? I know I wouldn't be but you have to decide what you want your life to be like.
Good luck in whatever you try,
Your pal Stella
Awww Fudge you are so smart! This is just what the world needs. Charli is pulling on my shirt as we speak because she would like to be a guest on your show. We hope you have great sucess. Thank your mom for visit ing us. We have missed all of you.
You should DEFINITELY go for that!
Love and licks, Winnie
You are onto somethin' there Fudge!
What great ideas!!
Tail Wuggles, Rubie.
I would watch this show!! It would beat some of the other programs that were on, and we wouldn't miss it--Except of course if it came on at the same time as Project Runway, then we'd have to tape it! :-))
i really like the magazine FU... and i am sure convinced you are ready for them spotlights and prime time :) Wonderful ideas Fudge. You better get them up and running before some tv station steals your ideas and cast a Fudge lookalike instead...
have a wonderful weekend Fudge & porties.. and momma and Rob.. and Tsar :)
I like your post because it's unique.

YOU ARE SO READY FOR PRIME TIME! WOO HOO!
Oh, wait. Momma says it's rude to yell in caps. Well, this is exciting. I like the FU magazine especially. Keep us updated.
Drools,
Thor
you are just too much! I love visiting even if I haven't been around for a month!
Priceless! Dinah already wants to know when she can be a guest star.
Well conceived plan, Fudge. Abby thinks you could get away with calling the show 'Fudge'; you might even win some viewers who tune in looking for a cooking show. But you're bound to have trouble with the regulators over a magazine called 'FU'. Those initials, as others have pointed out, have a totally different connotation to the hu-apes. Once you've established the Fudge brand through the TV show, you should build on it with the magazine.
Perhaps Animal Planet would be interested in your idea. Or the wave of the future appears to be computer-based TV instead of cable or broadcast [although mama sincerely hopes not to live to see it]. So maybe you could have a You Tube show, like Lisa Kudrow built after Friends ended. She seems to be doing quite well with it.
Good luck!
Jed & Abby
