Surrounded

We live at the foot of a fairly steep hill. I often get to see the sun rise behind our house when I take the dogs  for an early morning outing, but I seldom see the sunsets unless I walk up the hill. The hill itself and the houses on the street are all in the way. But a couple days ago I noticed a pink glow and walked onto the porch to see that we were surrounded by color as the sun set. This is taken from the back of the house.

It was all around and so very pretty with lots of pink and orange light. Well done, Mother Nature.
