April Showers Bring....

We had showers this morning, making this the fifth consecutive day of rain.

This afternoon the sun came out.

It's breezy and warm.

There are lots of blooms around the yard.

It looks quite cheery after days of gray clouds.

So, as the poem goes,

April showers bring.....

Wet dogs.

Oh yes, we have had our share of wet dogs and muddy puppy. Your flowers are so pretty. More rain headed here tonight and more again by Thursday. Tis that time of the year.

Love the bleeding hearts and the passion flower. We have one of those on our trellis, but it doesn't bloom until late July/early August.

Love the wet dog - too cute! g

Thor won't go out in the rain unless absolutely necessary. He leaves that to your pack - says that's why they're called WATER dogs.

We've had craploads of rain too. Today it's cloudy, very windy and only 42 degrees. I hope this isn't setting up to be another summer that never really gets here!
