We have a short little quiz to see how alert you all are. There's just one easy question. Are you ready?
The question is - Can you identify this?
Ahh, we can hear your answers. Some said it's stuffing from a pillow, some said it's stuffing from a toy, some said Mom spilled her bag of fiberfill that she keeps with her crafty things.
Nope! You're all wrong.
Here's a little clue. This is Bailey.
The answer is - that pile of stuff on the garage floor is monkey guts.
This is Bailey explaining to Dad why she had to disembowel her monkey.
How many of you guessed right?
Your pal, Fudge

We were right!! There comes a time in every stuffie's life when they must be de-stuffed. It's just the way of the world. (Or so Mugsy taught Fred and Sissy, and Gg just seems to know to do it instincively... or because she and Mugsy have a mind-meld...)
Wow Fudge, thanks for clearing that up for us, but what was the explanation?

Bailey disemboweled Monkey???!!! Are you sure some other pup didn't do it?
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
We knew it was some kind of gutz, but we couldn't narrow it down to monkey, specifically!

I did! I did! I knew it was the guts from a favorite baby. And what was her reasoning? Was he sick? g
Poor monkey - maybe she just wanted to give you some more sewing to tend to:)
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
I guess pillow--I see a lot of that around here! :-)
I hope your week is off to a better start than the Monkey's!
Nice work! Show that monkey who is boss!
Your pal, Pip
I'm with Kim, I thought it was a pillow.
It must be Wacky Season for dogs, if a pup is murdering his best stuffee.
I just couldn't do that!
Kisses,
Stella
Wells, I guessed elephant guts, does that count?? BOL
Bravo Fudge!
Kisses,
Ruby
We guessed stuffie stuffing. Was that close enough? We bet we know what your mom will be doing today, Bailey!
Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
So the monkey got it, huh? lol
I recognized it IMMEDIATELY! Momma calls me Dr. Casey sometimes because I'm SO good at stuffingectomies.
I knew it was a stuffie! Holly de-stuffs everything. So we've taken to giving her the pre-destuffed kind of friends. I don't want her eating the stuffing...and she's tried.
Holly also has a thing for hand made pom-poms. I taught the kids to make them this summer...and if she finds one, Holly takes great joy in separating all the little strings. What a yarny mess.
Of course Bailey disemboweled the monkey. It's a dog's prerogative! :-)
Bailey! Monkey's been a good friend for a long time! Was he in need of liposuction?
