If someone asked me to describe how I imagine spring, I'd say lots of pale green, pink, yellow and lavender.
I'd say flowers.
Baby birds.
More flowers.
Bunnies.
And of course puppies at play.
Does that give you some hope that Spring is actually on the way and this crazy weather won't last much longer? Of course, we're still covered with snow and ice, so I've 'borrowed' all the springtime photos from Google Images. I hope you enjoyed them as much as I did.
You'll notice at the top of my sidebar there is this badge.
It's a wonderful honor given us by a blogger friend, Dog Foster Mom. Each month she picks a few blogs to be featured for the month. For February she chose us. Please check out her blog to see the other blogs featured. While you're there check out the work that goes into fostering deaf dogs.
Our good friend Twix is very sick. her mom is terribly worried and her doctor can't find an explanation of what's wrong. Twix needs the "Power of The Paw". Everybody keep her in your thoughts.
Now go forth into the raging winter weather with happy thoughts of Spring dancing in your brain.

What a refreshing post! I needed to see pictures of spring whether you borrowed them or not! Brilliant!
Thanks for sharing the information about poor Twix too! I had no idea that he needed our prayers!
Love that you were featured on dogfostermom too!
Come take a few feet of snow away and then we'll talk thinking spring.......... sigh.
Man, how can Twix not get well with all of the doggie blogs supporting her, huh?
I love your spring pictures! I hope it comes soon!
I think a lot of us needed to see some nice spring images. It is much better than the cold and snowy images most of us our seeing.
Congrats on that honor for your blog - job well done!
We pups are still stuck in the winter mode but the Momster is so ready for spring too - great signs on this post.
We are very worried about Twix, we hope someone will recognize those symptoms so her Mom can get her help.

Probably not good taste to mention that our temperatures are in the 50s and 60s. However your images of spring are most welcome because this warmness probably won't last.
Poor Twix and her mom... not knowing why your dear pet is so unwell is awful.
Congrats on the blog of the month recognition!
Come on Spring!
Lovely photos. I love crocuses the most. they remind me of my grandma.
Will definately send good vibes and puppy kisses out for Twix. what a little lovey. g

Around March 1, I'll start dreaming of spring clothes. For now, I'm still in winter freeze mode, and eagerly awaiting spring!
Have a great weekend, Sue!
Love the pictures. Of house we had to keep Bella away from the baby birds.
Everything is looking dried up here, so the beautiful flowers make us feel happy.

It really felt like spring today for us and for a moment I had a little bit of that spring fever...We'll keep Twix in our prayers--I hope she's feeling better and I hope you've all had a good day!
I love your spring photos. I bought some colorful carnations last week to help chase away the gray outside.
I've been tempted to do the same thing - a whole post of bbeautiful spring images. Thanks for doing it. What wonderful photos, both the flowers and the baby birds!
