Year End Party and Review

Hi Everybody,
How were your holidays? I hope Santa Paws was good to you. You know peeps have a lot of holidays and it seems to us dogs that you spend a whole lot of time waiting around for something to happen. Think about it, if you celebrate Christmas, you wait for weeks while the peeps bring home bags of stuff that you're not allowed to see and you wait around while they cook stuff that you may or may not get to taste. Christmas eve is all about waiting. I guess Christmas morning makes up for it, but then you start waiting again for New Year's Eve which is all about waiting for a ball to drop. Heck, we can drop our ball any old time. I dropped mine off the deck the other day and it landed in the back yard for Mackey to chase.
So anyway, here we are on New Year's Eve and guess what, we're waiting. We just helped Mom do some cooking in the kitchen. We stand guard in case she drops something. We don't want stuff on the floor where Mom could trip on it, so we scarf it up as soon as it lands. Today she was pretty careful and nothing fell.
Then Mom called me downstairs to talk to me. She said that she has something special planned for tonight. She said that Chewy sent us a bag of Merrick Wingalings and she's been waiting till now to open them. What better time for a Wingaling than New Year's Eve. She said she'd had a few New Years Eve Wingalings in her day and then she laughed. Peeps can be so strange.
She told me that I should try these before the party, so we went to the office and she opened them. See, they're these weird shapes, just right for a party. They're applewood and bacon flavor... yum!!
These great party treats are made in the USA from deboned chicken, sweet potatoes, peas, molasses, carrots, apples, flaxseed, applewood bacon, rosemary, sage and thyme. They're oven baked and grain and gluten free.

I was just ready to taste test these when along come Noah and Norma Jean. Boy, my kids are so nosey. They wanted to try them too, so Mom gave each of us one to try.
They are delicious, just right for our party tonight. Now I guess I just have to wait some more till it's time for the peep ball to drop.
Happy New Year everybody.
Your pal, Fudge

Chewy sent us this bag of Merrick Wingalings at no cost to us in exchange for our honest review.

Happy Kwanzaa

"We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color."  - Maya Angelou

We wish all our friends who celebrate Kwanzaa, a most wonderful and joyous holiday.

Who would have guessed that one month could hold so much joy for so many?
