Our Version of A Popular Game

Are you familiar with the game 'Where's Waldo'?  A few years ago it was popular.  For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, this is Waldo.
There were books of scenes such as this and the object was to locate Waldo in the confusing scene.

We play our own version of this annoying game almost every evening. Ours is called 'Where's Morgan'. It works something like this. Morgan gets sleepy early. Remember, she's twelve years old now. I used to have a dog named Libby who would go to the bedroom by herself and curl up in her bed. She raised her head to acknowledge me when I came to bed hours later.

Morgan doesn't do that. She wants to go to sleep, but doesn't want to miss out on the possibility of a late night snack, so she finds a comfy spot to snooze where she can keep track of the rest of us. When I get ready to head upstairs to bed I look around for Morgan and sometimes I have trouble spotting her.
This is Morgan's favorite place to catch some sleep and be out of the way so she doesn't get bumped or stepped on. She blends in amazingly well with her fluffy friends.
It doesn't work  for everyone. Samba and the others don't blend in nearly as well.

Yes, I do remember the 'Where's Waldo?' game and I thought it was annoying as well. Let's just say that when I taught elementary school that game was stuck in the far corner of the room.
However, Morgan's version of the game is far more entertaining than 'where's Waldo?' for sure! I thought it was adorable to see how well she blends in with her stuffed animals! For an old gal she sure does know how to play tricks on her family members by blending in with her stuffed animal friends!

Ah Well if you bought more big stuffies that weren't white she wouldn't blend as well. At least that's a fun game. g

Very cute, Morgan! Three of us are like you, we want to go to sleep but we have to keep Mom in our sight. Not Phantom - but you knew that already, right? He heads to his crate at 8:30 every night with or without his bedtime treat. He knows Mom will come give it to him when it is time.

Good show, Morgan! Stella likes to go to bed earlier than I do, and she gets her bedtime treat. Then when I go to bed a few hours later,
she wants to go outside and when she comes in, asks for another Treat!

Mostly she gets it because I have learned to cut back on the first one!
