We all know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Our Mom's bestest friend is a survivor and so is one of our favorite vet techs.
Even our Mom has had two biopsies which were both negative.
One of Mom's dogs that she had years ago had a partial mastectomy, so you see that bad cancer stuff can touch everyone. We bet you know someone who has been touched by it, too.
So we fly our pink flag and Mom checks us regularly.
If you haven't had your mammogram, call and schedule it. It only takes a few minutes and it can save your life. And call a friend and remind her to schedule hers. It could be the best gift you ever give her.

I think we need some pink bandanas!
Excellent reminder. SHE gets a free mammogram every two years...they remind HER.
So far, we've escaped the 'C' word in our family.
